Love INC mobilizes Christian Volunteers, honors the confidentiality of all involved and celebrates the stories of transformation. Love INC is a partnership of diverse local churches, using the Apostles’ Creed as our unifying statement of faith. Our ongoing Love INC volunteers agree to either the Statement of Faith or the Apostles’ Creed. If you are uncomfortable using one of those two options to profess your Christian faith, please use the comment field below. If you seek to support the community with Love INC through one-time service projects, the profession of faith is not required.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

I believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ, His only Son, and the power of the Holy Spirit. I believe the Bible to be the inspired word of God. I believe that salvation comes by accepting Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.

APOSTLES' CREED

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic* Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

*Please Note: The word "catholic" in the creed does not refer to the Roman Catholic Church or denomination, but rather the worldwide Church comprised of all Christians who have believed in Jesus Christ as their Savior.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT(Required)
I will protect the confidentiality of all individuals–whether participant, volunteer or staff. I agree that I will not disclose or discuss personal information that is shared in confidence, to anyone other than the appropriate Love INC/IMPACT leadership. I will not be involved in gossip or negative conversation that could reflect badly on those who are serving or being served, or on the ministry of Love INC/IMPACT; with the exception of if someone threatens to harm themselves or someone else (calling 911 may be the most appropriate response).
BACKGROUND CHECK(Required)
I hereby grant Love INC permission to run a background check on me as part of my volunteer application process. I acknowledge that this background check is conducted to ensure a safe and secure environment for those served by Love INC. I understand that any information obtained will be kept confidential and used solely for determining my eligibility to volunteer. I also understand that Love INC will re-run a background check every 2 years or as needed.
MEDIA RELEASE(Required)
I hereby grant Love INC permission to publish photographs/videos taken of me for editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes for use in any print or electronic media. I agree that Love INC will own the copyright to these materials.
