Love INC Littleton Welcomes New Executive Director
Every season brings its own kind of renewal, and this coming January, Love INC of Littleton begins a meaningful new chapter with the arrival of new Executive Director, Adam Robe.
For seventeen years, Love INC has been a place where stories of hope begin – neighbors finding support, volunteers discovering purpose, and churches coming together to be the hands and feet of Jesus. As the ministry continues to grow, this leadership transition is poised to strengthen and expand Love INC’s impact in the community.
“We are thrilled to announce the selection of Adam Robe as the new Love INC of Littleton Executive Director,” said Michelle Hinz, Board Chair of Love INC Littleton. “His leadership, compassion, and vision will guide Love INC into the next season of growth and community impact.”
Adam is looking forward to leading Love INC Littleton because he believes deeply in its Christ-centered mission and sees tremendous opportunity to expand community impact, strengthen church partnerships, and help the organization thrive in its next season of ministry.
Adam Robe, MSW, is a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across local, state, and national organizations. He has a strong track record in leading high-impact teams, organizational development, partnership-building, and fundraising. He is known for his strategic vision, relational leadership, fundraising expertise, and ability to guide organizations through growth, change, and financial sustainability. Adam is a published co-author, seasoned trainer, and public speaker, with a long history of working closely with boards, volunteers, churches, and community partners.
“Adam brings many qualifications and vast experience to his new role as Executive Director of Love INC Littleton,” states Kathryn Roy, retiring Executive Director. “He will lead a talented and dedicated staff as together they fulfill the mission: to transform lives and share Christ’s love in our community.”
