A Connection Center (call center) volunteer receives a God-given reminder of the effect we have on one another.
“Jessica* first reached out to Love INC for furniture. As we walked through the intake process together, I shared some of the other Love INC ministries that might be helpful to her, such as medical rides, food bank food deliveries, and Navigation (with locating a new health care provider).
“When I called her reference today, her friend told me he talked to Jessica later after her call with Love INC. He was thrilled to share ‘she sounds better than she has in ages – much happier and more hopeful!’”
